Swedish activewear brand aim’n releases their first book, The Daily Dose of Wellness Journal. The new book marks a significant milestone in reinforcing aim’ns mission to inspire a daily dose of wellness for body, mind and soul.

The Daily Dose of Wellness Journal consists of 421 pages of thoughtfully curated quotes and guided questions, encouraging users to embrace self-discovery and cultivate daily habits that nurture both heart and mind. The journal explores 11 wellness topics, each rooted in scientific research on happiness and personal fulfillment.
